What's the difference between an escrow release and a draw?

An Escrow Release is the movement of funds from the escrow account to the NCE segregated EB-5 account, which PRXY can only approve once the Escrow Release conditions are met.

A drawdown, or a Draw, is the movement of funds from the NCE segregated EB-5 account to the JCE, which PRXY can approve, so long as the Draw is in compliance with the NCE’s offering documents and the law.
