Is PRXY responsible for collecting Investor funds?

No. PRXY does not facilitate the fundraising process.

Investors wire funds directly to: (i) the escrow account, if applicable, or (ii) to the designated NCE EB-5 account, typically after signing subscription documents.

PRXY monitors these accounts and participates in the release process but does not participate in the investor deposit intake process.
