Customers should prepare for compliance season!

Oct 1 - Oct 30, 2025

30 day window for RCs to pay annual Integrity Fund Fee

Customers should go to pay.gov and pay their annual fee of either $10,000 or $20,000. See the USCIS site for more details.

Oct 1 -Dec 29, 2025

90 day period for RCs to prepare and file Form I-956G

Customers should start preparing their I-956G Form for filing with USCIS before December 30.

USCIS regularly updates Forms and Fees throughout the year. Immigration attorneys should regularly visit the USCIS to ensure they are using the most recent edition of Forms and referencing the correct Fees. You can also create an account to get regular updates.  

Unemployment data is updated regularly by USDOL. As a Stakeholder it is important stay in touch with your economists to ensure TEA designations remain valid in accordance with unemployment rates.
