Do we have to have escrow?

Legally, an escrow account is not required. However, we highly recommend utilizing an escrow account for the following reasons:

• Clarity of fund release mechanisms
• A clearly defined audit trail
• Marketing optics. Investors often view projects with escrow as higher fidelity investment options
